Welcome to Pixvessel. By accessing or using our website, image generation tools, account system, credit system, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Pixvessel is an independent AI image generation service that supports text-to-image generation, reference image generation, image editing, saved creations, downloads, and related creative features. Pixvessel is powered by GPT Image 2, but Pixvessel is not an official OpenAI product and is not provided, endorsed, or sponsored by OpenAI. Outputs are generated by AI models based on your inputs and settings and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or not meet your expectations.

2. Accounts and Login

  • Some features require an account, including image generation, reference image uploads, saved creations, credit management, and creation history.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us promptly.

3. User Content

"User Content" includes prompts, uploaded reference images, generation settings, feedback, and other materials you submit. You retain your rights in content you submit, but grant us a necessary, worldwide, non-exclusive license to provide, operate, improve, and protect the service.

You represent that you have all rights needed to use, upload, and process User Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

4. Generated Outputs and Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and completion of any required payment or credit usage, you may use, download, and distribute images generated through the service. Because of the nature of AI-generated content, we do not guarantee that outputs are unique or that they will not resemble content generated for other users or publicly available content.

You are responsible for determining whether outputs are suitable for commercial use, advertising, trademark registration, copyright registration, or other high-risk uses, and should conduct human review or seek professional advice where appropriate.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to generate, upload, distribute, or assist with:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, violent, sexual, child-exploitative, or privacy-invasive content.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, likeness, reputation, trade secret, or other rights.
  • Impersonation, deception, fake identities, or scam-related materials.
  • Malware, phishing, spam, automated abuse, or interference with service operation.
  • Content that violates applicable law, platform rules, or policies of third-party AI service providers.

6. Content Review and Enforcement

We and relevant service providers may review inputs and generation tasks through automated or manual methods. If we believe content or behavior violates these Terms, law, or safety requirements, we may refuse generation, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report to authorities where appropriate.

7. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

  • Some features require credits or subscription benefits. Credits may be frozen or deducted when a generation task is submitted.
  • If a task fails, credits may be released or returned according to the actual system logic.
  • Prices, plans, credit amounts, and benefits may change and will be shown on the relevant page or communicated by reasonable means.
  • Except where required by law or expressly stated, completed purchases, subscriptions, and consumed credits are generally non-refundable.

8. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party authentication, cloud storage, payment, analytics, and AI generation services. Your use may also be subject to their terms and policies. Third-party interruptions, restrictions, or changes may affect service availability.

9. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, delay-free, or always available.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, output accuracy, business results, and continuous availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixvessel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, data loss, reputational harm, or losses arising from use of generated content.

12. Termination

If you violate these Terms or if we believe your use may create risk, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service. You may stop using the service at any time or delete your account through available account features.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
